Workplace conflict is a top reason people quit jobs. In Phase 1 (6 weeks), we focus on essential soft skills: communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, resume building, and interview practice, helping graduates secure jobs and thrive in them.
Professional Growth
In Phase 2 (4–20 weeks), clients select a career track with a coach and follow a custom training plan.
Training is tailored to their track and may be off-site, hybrid, or fully online.
Career Launch
During Career Launch, clients work with a coach to apply for jobs, practice interviews, and secure full-time roles at $18/hr or more before graduating.

You communicate and participate with other Leaders and teachers during class and at Family Gatherings.
You contact your Coach weekly as you work together to meet your goals.
You complete assignments and Skill Track Certification.
You get a job within your Skill Track.
You attend Graduation.
